Open Dispute

Your orders on Vawoo.co.uk are protected by our risk managers. However, all the problems you may come across should be immediately discussed with us first. You can contact us via chatting on the order details page, if (but not limited to):

  • You haven’t received the tracking number in 5 days;
  • You have received invalid tracking number;
  • You haven’t received your order;
  • You received mis-described, poor quality or defected item;
  • You have come up with other questions regarding your order.

Only if you can not come to an agreement, you can open a Dispute.

HOW DOES THE OPEN DISPUTE PROCEDURE WORK?

Step 1. Open the order’s page;

Step 2. Click Start Dispute;

Step 3. Fill in the fields given:

  • Subject

Briefly describe the problem.

  • Dispute

Describe in details your problem and explain what result you would like to get (refund, product exchange).

Step 4. Add an evidence to your Dispute.

In order to obtain our assistance, you must prove the existence of the problem. If the product is defected, of poor quality or does not match to the product description, please, upload files as a proof of the problem (photo or video of the product).

Step 5. Click Submit.

After you submit the Dispute and prove us your problem, we will start the investigation.
